    1. Click tab "Locale"
    2. Click tab "List" (auto opened after "Locale" tab open)
    3. Select locales and/or files in tree and/or right side table
    4. Click tab "Delete" or open right click context menu and select menu item "Delete"
    5. Confirm deletion or cancel
