Copy/Paste

1. Select folders / items in directory tree
2. Open mouse right click menu and click "Copy" menu item (or click CTRL + c)
3. Open mouse right click menu on folder where selected items to be pasted and click menu item "Paste" (or click CTRL + v)

Note 1: pasted folders and pages will have title with suffix "-copy-date-time" (date and time of paste).
Note 2: pasted pages will have URL with suffix "-copy-date-time" (date and time of paste)
