    1. Click tab "Locale"
    2. Click tab "List" (auto opened after "Locale" tab open)
    3. Select locale .po file in tree or right side table
    4. Click tab "Translate" or open right click context menu and select menu item "Translate"
    5. Select original (English language) messages

    6. Enter and edit localized messages: single form or plural forms
    7. Save messages into .po file and compile into .mo file
